When a few disappearances occur, the spies start to investigate. While spying in the room of one of the "victims", Tony finds adventure cards that are supposedly a special edition. The cards are used as clues. While walking on the street, a truck almost hits Tony, but he throws it to the other side of the road and figures out that he got super strength. When the other three spies are on the mission, they find out that whoever touches the cards gets the power of the character in it. In the B-story Tony gets teased by his siblings and wants to be stronger and taller.[1]

Villain: Jimmy

Note: Jimmy is a parody of Yugi from the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise and the monsters could be based on comics like X-Men. and around the end you can see a picture of the knowledge stealing machine from the "evil roommate" episode from totaly spies and during the ride to the first victim's home Lee explains that that was the victims house, but it's Marc's voice coming out of Lee's mouth. 
2 "Operation Dyno-might!" 21 March 2009 (2009-03-21) 102

Strange occurrences happen in the museum during the spies' field trip. Prehistoric creatures come alive! The spies are sent to investigate and therefore discover that an anthologist acting like a caveman who plans to return the world into the dinosaur age. The spiez get trapped in an erupting volcano and escape. Then, they hurry to their hometown to finish destroying the dinosaurs and defeating their baddie just in time to get home before their parents arrive. In the B-story, Megan thinks that their parents are having a baby girl and is jazzed that she won't be the only girl.[2]

When agent Britney (from Totally Spies!) disappears while investigating the disappearance of Dean, the spiez are called in to assist the investigation and to save another spy, Blaine, from being abducted, but they fail to rescue him. Later, Lee gets annoyed when he is put under supervision of a babysitter, although he is 13. So he sneaks out of the house and then is abducted by the same kidnapper. Their babysitter, Melinda, is really an ex-Woohp spy in disguise, and is the one who is kidnapping the agents.[3]

4 "Operation Wheels of Thunder" 22 March 2009 (2009-03-22) 104

Megan is teased by her brothers for not being able to skate well. Then they are called for a mission to investigate strange occurrences in Dubai involving buildings and other structures being broken down. Later, Megan goes missing after getting her new skateboard which she will use to show her brothers that she can skate. So Lee, Marc and Tony find her with an army of skateboarders responsible for breaking down the buildings so they can create skateparks for themselves.[4]

5 "Operation Brat Pack" 28 March 2009 (2009-03-28) 105

The Spiez are sent to protect a famous TV spy actor from uncertain incidents. To be able to keep an eye on him, the young spies are invited to be in his Spy show, with the guidance of their parents who think they have won a contest. The actor soon is kidnapped and the spies rescue him. In the B-story, Megan was chosen to be the one to play a certain role in a school play instead of Tammy. Then she brags about being a great actress.[5]

6 "Operation Terrible Thirteen" April 3, 2009 106

An experiment was stolen from a lab, and at the same time, children who are having 13th birthdays become mutated. The Spiez are sent to investigate and discovers that a girl named Kat is behind it all. Her previous birthdays weren't so great so she wants to get revenge by turning other rich children into mutants during their birthdays, and therefore have the biggest party on the block. In the B-story, Megan tries to act cool so she can be invited to Tammy's birthday party so she can prove to her brothers she's cool. Tammy also gets mutated, gaining wide hips and a massive bootie.[6]

7 "Operation Break-out" April 11, 2009 107

The young spies are sent to WOOHP prison to investigate the disappearance of an important chip. The missing chip contains WOOHP security codes. They find mysterious footprints that lead them to Pisa. There, the Spiez are attacked by clowns. The leader of the clowns is named the Juggler who instead of using the security codes to free prisoners, he uses it to enter WOOHP Headquarters and create a crazy circus there. On the side story, Tony wants a date to get respect.[7]

8 "Operation Cruisin' for a Bruisin'" June 6, 2009 108

The Clark family wins a free cruise on a luxury liner. Jerry, on the other hand, is sick, and asks the Spiez to go on dangerous missions to find a cure. Also, someone has infiltrated WOOHP! The villain is now after the Spiez, and tries to use their parents to eliminate them. The young Spiez stop/save their parents and stop the ship from crashing into an oil rig. In B-story, the Spiez have to retrieve remedies for Jerry's cold but they find out it's just an allergy.[8]

Villain: Davey Hacker (1) (Former spy candidate for WOOHP)

Note: Even though the mission is 848, this is the first time they meet Davey. And in Operation The 50 Ft. Hacker, the mission number is 556, showing continuity error on the show. 
9 "Operation Gus Jr" June 7, 2009 109

Someone uses a ray gun to change hi-tech modern things into ancient low-tech things. The Spiez discovered that the person is someone related to Boogie Gus (a villain from Totally Spies!). Without any means of communication with WOOHP, the four young spies try to stop the madness. In the b-story, Marc tries to find a gift for their parents' anniversary so he can earn a gift from them in return, particularly a robot.[9]

Note: Sam, Clover and Alex were referenced again when Jerry researched Boogie Gus. 
10 "Operation Dare Devil" June 14, 2009 110

Someone has been breaking in and destroying labs of a company called Techammer. The Spiez investigate and discover that a human projectile man who loves to do stunts is the one behind all of this. He was destroying the Techammer labs because the company used him and his stunts in videogames but didn't give him any credit. In the b-story, Lee gets braces and likes Mia, the owner of the Techammer and also has braces.[10]

11 "Operation Rival Schools" June 20, 2009 111

The All City Middle School Olympiad is about to have its yearly competition, but a week before the proceedings all the teams begin being attacked. Now the spiez must find out who is responsible for this mess while protecting their own school from the sabotage. The Spiez find out that a principal of another school has been the one behind the attacks. His school has always been last place in the competition, so he gets back by attacking other schools and turning his athletes into aggressive ones so they can win. Meanwhile, Lee stops being a father-like brother, and Tony chooses to be a waterboy when he didn't make it into any team.[11]

12 "Operation Sunrise Tan" June 27, 2009 112

The 4 young Spiez were sent to a mission involving certain men from a university who are having aggressive conflicts with each other. They find out that the Sunrise Tan was responsible for making men acting crazy over those girls who have themselves tanned with Sunrise Tan. The creator of Sunrise Tan was dumped by her boyfriend, so she made that Sunrise Tan to get revenge. Meanwhile, the Clark boys are also acting crazy about Tammy after admiring her Sunrise Tanned skin. So now it's only up to Megan to save the day.[12]

Mission#267

Villain: Zoey Quinn

Note: The evil scheme is similar to the one in Totally Spies episode "Green with N.V." The differences are, Sunrise Tan makes the men fight over the girl, and girls "benefit" from the product. 
13 "Operation Chameleon Leon" 8 August 2009 113

The spies find themselves fighting against a villain who can blend into the surroundings. Tony gets captured by the villain and the older ones have to save him from their unseen enemy. The chameleon villain soon plans to destroy WOOHP's Core so that no one can stop him in creating his chameleon army. In the b-story, Tammy steals all of Megan's looks.[13]

14 "Operation Dude Ranch Disaster" 15 August 2009 114

The sibling spies attempt to capture a villain because of the absence of teamwork. They bickered about it and told Jerry that they were tired of working together. So Jerry sends them into a vacation in WOOHP's ranch so that they could forget about their bickering. In the ranch, the four young spies finally meet the spies Alex, Sam and Clover (from Totally Spies!), with Dean. But soon, the older spies disappear and the Spiez rescue them together, despite their quarreling. In the end, everything was just a setup by Jerry to have the spiez work together again. In the b-story, Tony starts to like Clover when she calls him cute.[14]

Mission#192

Villain: Tex (Jerry in disguise)

Note: This is a crossover between The Totally Spies! and The Amazing Spiez! where Sam, Clover, and Alex, along with Dean, help the Clark siblings become a team again. This is the first time ever that both spy teams meet. 
15 "Operation WOOCSI" 22 August 2009 115

Because of being a genius, Marc is promoted to WOOCSI, a new division of WOOHP, which specializes in Crime Scene Investigations. Sherry, Jerry's sister, is introduced in the episode as the head of WOOCSI. Lee, Megan and Tony were sent on a mission to investigate the disappearance of famous and intelligent people. But due to the absence of Marc, the three had come across difficulties with their investigation. Then, it turns out that Sherry is evil and the one behind all of the kidnappings. She drained the knowledge of the intelligent people, including Marc, and uses it to get revenge on Jerry for being a goodie two-shoes brother and to take over WOOHP.[15]

16 "Operation Grow Up" 29 August 2009 116

Someone has been destroying libraries and museums and turns it all into a playground. The Spiez stopped him but he escaped. And during the mission, Tony was hit by the villain's beam. They find out that an 8-year-old boy has been their villain, but the Spiez think that the villain looked a lot older than he was. At the same time, young Tony has incredibly grown older because of the beam that hit him, and this beam is what the young villain uses to make himself grow older and stronger. In the b-story, Tony wants to join the choir.[16]

17 "Operation Buzz Off" 3 September 2009 117

Certain scientists have been abducted and the Spiez were sent to investigate. Clues found were beeswax and a giant bee stinger. At the same time, the young Spiez's snoopy aunt had come to their house and found Megan's diary, containing information about their everyday missions. The young Spiez find out that the kidnapper is a bee lady, with her DNA combined with bee DNA, and she's a fellow scientist to the scientists she abducted. Throughout the whole mission, the Aunt followed them and busted her niece and nephews about being spies saving the world, and she confronted them that she would tell their parents. Luckily, Jerry was able to erase her memory about her discovery before they could all go home.[17]

18 "Operation Pet Peeved" 24 October 2009 118

Certain places have reported to had been attacked by strange unidentified creatures. The spiez investigate and were attacked by these creatures. Soon, they were led to an Animal Rescue warehouse and finds out that the creatures are half-human and half-animal because their DNAs were combined. It's up to the young spiez to stop these animals. In the b-story, Tony wants to have a pet of his own.[18]

Episode is likely to have the same theme in Totally Spies episode "Animal World." 
19 "Operation Crabby Bob" 30 November 2009 119

Strange occurrences are happening in the seas and caused disappearances of ships. The spies investigate and soon, Lee gets sucked in the whirlpool as well. So the three remaining spies set off to rescue their brother and all the other people from Crabby Bob who hopes to sink the entire world into the ocean and make it safe for all fish and crabs. In the b-story, Marc gets a crush on a girl classmate.[19]

20 "Operation Old School" 03 November 2009 125

When strange weather patterns cause an overall rise in global temperature, the Spiez are sent to investigate. They find that all the phenomena are artificial, and have been caused by the dangerous escaped villain: The Granny. The Granny's plan is to cause a global warning because the years spent in the WOOHP Assisted Living Facility have caused her old bones to become brittle. It's up to the Spiez to stop the Granny and her comrades from irreversibly heating up the Earth! In a B-story, Megan becomes environmentally conscious and makes organic replacements of many everyday products. However the almost all the products result in discomfort for the user![20]

Mission#203

Villain: The Granny, Bubby, and Papa (all three of whom appeared in the Totally Spies! episode "The Granny": And Sam, Clover, and Alex are mentioned by Granny as "those girly spies WOOHP sent after us". Plus when Sam, Alex, and Clover were being breifed about granny, Alex said she should call her own Granny just as Tony said that they should visit their Granny) 
21 "Operation Desert Rescue" 12 December 2009 120

The Amazing Spiez's mom has been kidnapped by the Chameleon Leon! And worse, he turned her into a chameleon too, so they can work together in destroying spy organizations. Not only that, Marc has to overcome his fear of heights because a spy has to be able to work at all elevations.So now, the four spiez must stop their mom and the bigger, badder and stronger Chameleon Leon before they destroy the whole WOOHP! In the side story, Marc must overcome his fear of heights, which he got from his mission against the Human Projectile {which is shown when Jerry hypnotized him)[21]

Note: At the end of the episode when it has a close up of Marc's siblings before he dives, there is a Marc standing next to them when Marc is on the diving board. Oddly enough after that scene the "clone" promptly disappears. 
22 "Operation The 50 Ft. Hacker" 19 December 2009 121

An experimental gadget from the gadget lab called the Super Soaker Supersizer has been stolen by one of the Spiez' old enemies Davey Hacker! He uses it to kidnap Sam, Clover, and Alex and then to kidnap the other Spiez to destroy them. In the b story, Megan gets a crush on a tall new student named Paul, a transfer student from California and wants to be tall too to have him notice her. In the end, Megan becomes a giant to beat Davey and he is taken back to WOOHP rehabilitation. But the machine malfunctions and Megan inflates. Megan and Davey are shrunk back to their normal sizes and Megan is past her crush on Paul, only to find he dates short girls and now wants to be shorter.[22]

Miision#556

Note:This Episode is very similar to the "Attack of 50 Ft. Mandy" from Totally Spies! 
23-25 "Operation Twins of Trouble" 19 February 2010 122-124

An asteroid from outer space hits a space pod containing a supervillian, Omega, and lands on Earth. They plan to get revenge by creating clones of them and create chaos all around the world (Omega and Alpha are also known as the Chaos Twins). [23] After Omega and Alpha capture two of the Spiez, the Spiez learn the head of OOPSIE was recently captured by WOOHP. The remaining two return to WOOHP headquarters and quickly learn their parents were the ones who captured Omega and Alpha. They bring their parents in and restore their past memories. But in the end all 6 Clark's are captured, and the 4 kids are sent into space.[24] Alpha and Omega plan to use a machine to turn Cal and Karen into villains so the world will fall fully before them. Now the kids must learn how to stop their parents and find a way to outsmart Alpha and Omega if the world is to once again become safe.[25]

B-Story: Tammy becomes best friends with the Clarks after they save her and her new sweater.

Mission#823

Villain: The Chaos Twins (Alpha and Omega)

Note: This is supposedly where season 2 takes off from after this mission, despite Mission#987 Operation WOOCSI and Mission#848 Crusin' for a Bruisin' taking place afterwards. 
26 "Operation YoYo-Ninja Master" 26 February 2010 126

Slick Mick tries to escape the Spiez and then is stopped by Tony and his yo-yo gadget. The public saw him stop Slick Mick and started to call him "Yo-yo Boy." Tony then gets caught up in the fame and popularity, even with Tammy being the president of his fan club! The Spiez are unable to stop Slick Mick again without Tony to help, as he skips out on missions frequently. Now, the Spiez have to get Tony to forget about the fame, which he says turned out to be a 24hr job and doesn't want to do it anymore and stop Slick Mick from sending WOOHP HQ into the local lake at the same time! In the b-story, Lee must get his act back together after a humiliatingly loss of a basketball game in front of the whole school.[26]

Note: This is the produced season finale of season 1. At the end of the episode, before Lee caught Tammy, Marc's eye color changed from Green like Tony and Megan, back to Hazel

Techno Tommy escapes from the WOOHP holding cell, and the Clarks are sent to capture him. After doing so Marc worries about the upcoming Science Fair Project that he is creating- an AI robot. After multiple failures Marc decides to borrow some technology from WOOHP to help him win, but little does he know the chip he has is from none other than Techno Tommy. The robot and Tommy go on a rampage in the city, but will the Clark squad be strong enough to stop not one but two psychopaths- a robot and a teenager? [27]

Note: This is the first time we see Marc's good and bad side. 
02 "Operation Nano Spiez!" 6 July 2010 202

Davey Hacker returns as he tries to shrink all the WOOHP spies (In hopes of becoming a WOOHP spy himself.) Davey follows them into their home and attempts to shrink them into microscopic size. When the Spiez get shrunken themselves they must find some way to reverse the gadget and get back to their normal size before Davey smashes all of them into oblivion. Eventually, Davey gets shrunk and ends up going to WOOHP prison. The B-story, The kids are trying not to get caught by their nosey Aunt Trudi while their parents are away on vacation.[28]

03 "Operation Evil Paparazzi" 7 July 2010 203

Jerry's evil sister Sherry manages to confuse the WOOHP holding cell DNA scan because her DNA is similar to Jerry's. Once she is free she becomes an evil paparazzi with the full intent on exposing Jerry and the Spiez. As if keeping their identities wasn't hard enough, the Spiez also have to deal with Tammy's newspaper column "Tammy Talk" which is dragging all of their names down and revealing her crush on Lee.[29]

Mission#467

Villain: Sherry Lewis (2)

Note: Sherry first appeared in Mission#987. Another continuity error. This is the first episode to include "evil" in its episode title (just like several episodes of Totally Spies!). 
04 "Operation Snowy Falcon" 8 July 2010 204

Weather patterns begin to go haywire and cause snow all over the world. The Spiez investigate and get led to a tropical island where they meet with Stony Falcon, who has changed from skateboarding to snowboarding. His new dream is to snowboard across the entire world, changing the world's weather patterns in the process permanently. The spiez must try and find some way to stop him and restore the weather or they risk a new ice age that would wipe out all humans permanently. The B-story, Lee gets a job at Siber Smoothie and has to create his own smoothie.[30]

Villain: Stony Falcon [Renamed 'Snowy' Falcon] (2) 
05 "Operation Killer Condos" 9 July 2010 205

Sharky, a top real estate agent, decides to eliminate his competition by selling them his Condos. The Spiez are sent to investigate the disappearances, but when they find themselves facing a shark in reality. The Spiez must stop him before he eliminates their Mom, a real estate agent.The B-story, Marc is excited about getting his own room in the new house (That they were going to move in but never did when they realized the Condos were a trap) and Jerry decides to go through a different series of hairstyles in hopes of finding a new one that will suit him perfectly.[31]

Villain: Sharky

Note: The Totally Spies! return as Cameos when The Spiez! decided to use the hologram gadget, called the Dial-a-Spy Hologram Watch; disguising Marc as Sam, Tony as Clover, Lee as Alex and Megan as Jerry. Also, this mission is numbered the same as Nano Spiez!. This shows production error in the show. 
06 "Operation Yeti Bear" 12 July 2010 206

There has been numerous attacks to the famous hairdresser, Tress Locksley. All clues led up to Kat seeking revenge on her hair dresser for turning her into a hairy monster. Marc also turns into a hairy yeti in the process. It's up to the Spiez to stop this fight between Tress and Kat. In the B-story, a girl named Terra Prefontaine is beating all of Lee's school records.[32]

07 "Operation Jolty Juice" 13 July 2010 207

Mel escaped from WOOHP prison and is now out to get the Spiez by making all the adults drink this juice that gives them childish behavior. Also, Megan complains about their out-dated suits and gets to try a new prototype spy suit. The B-story, Lee has to sell juice to get a new basketball uniform (Not knowing he is secretly selling Mel's juice.)[33] Mission#463

08 "Operation Gus-jitsu" 14 July 2010 208

the Spiez are called in to investigate why a pair of slippers that seems to have ties to ancient ninjas has been stolen. The Spiez learn another ninja figure is in their hometown, and when they arrive they learn Gus Junior has adapted the skills of the ninja making him an opponent more powerful than they could have ever imagined. The B-story, this new know-it-all robot, Virtual Virgil, replaces Marc as the homework helper. Marc is out to prove that Virtual Virgil doesn't know everything.[34]

09 "Operation Forgotten Island" 15 July 2010 209

After finishing up a mission, the kids try to return home, only to be detained by answering a distress call from a mysterious island. The Spiez visit the abandoned island (which used to be WOOHP's super computer location.) and end up falling for the many hidden traps. Now it's up to Jerry to save the Spiez! The B-story, Tony hit his head causing him to think he's the superhero: Broccoli Boy. [35]

Mission#699

Villain: WOOHP 123 
10 "Operation Tami Trouble" 16 July 2010 210

Sebastian decides to seek revenge on WOOHP by mind-controlling the Spiez (& Tami) using a material from a meteor. Tami becomes Sebastian's henchman as she tries to eliminate them. Unfortunately, the Spiez fall under Sebastian's mind-control and turn evil by attacking WOOHP headquarters. Again, it's up to Jerry to save WOOHP before it's destroyed. The B-story, Tony has terrible grades and is grounded; making him unable to go on missions.[36]

Note: This villain also appeared in the first episode of Totally Spies! Also, first time we see all the Clarks as evil. 

Season 2 of the series is believed to have previously aired on Disney Channel Asia. Cartoon Network began airing it on July 5 to 16. Future titles are the following:.[37]
